AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI based on your prompts belongs to you
License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the Service
Commercial Use: Paid subscribers may use their generated content for commercial purposes

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Share account credentials with others
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Generate content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. DreamWeaver is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
